Lubavitch of Edgware Kindergarten was established in 1979 with a small number of pupils, and now has a capacity of 60 places. The children are welcomed into a warm, family atmosphere, combined with a unique blend of teaching which encompasses both Yiddishkeit and secular education, as required by the National Education Authorities. Lubavitch Kindergarten caters for children of the Jewish Community, from all backgrounds, languages, origins and countries.

As well as the major Jewish topics such as Mezuzah, Shabbos, Brochos etc, the children are taught important insights to develop their moral fibre, Midos Tovos (good character traits) and love of a fellow Jew, and respect for all of mankind.
