Parental consent for participation in all activities of Camp Gan Israel, both on and off site, trips, transportation to and from trips.

Payment and Cancellations and discounts
*A £50 per week non refundable deposit is due with registration for one week, and £100 for both weeks. Without this deposit your application will not be processed. The deposit will come off your camp fees. Camp fees are non refundable.
*camp tuition is due in full on 1 June 2023. If payment is not received the application will be suspended, unless prior arrangements have been made with the director or scheduled payments have been made on our website. Please see our website for rates as not to incur a late fee.
*bursary applications will only be considered up to 5 weeks prior to camp.
3. Dismissal of camper, parent fully understands and agree that the camp reserves the right to dismiss, in its sole discretion including but not limited to any camper whose condition, conduct, influence or behavior is deemed unsatisfactory or detrimental to the best interests of the camp or his/her fellow campers or who violates camp rules and regulations. In the event of dismissal, tuition will be refunded on a pro-rated weekly basis minus the deposit fee. For the benefit of your child, the director should be made aware of any treatment for emotional, neurological, physical or psychiatric disorders. Camp Gan Israel reserves the right to cancel the program without prior notice and parents will be fully refunded for tuition already paid for the time period not served.
4. No food may be brought into camp, aside for children with severe allergies who have made prior arrangements with the director. Parents will be notified prior to trip day what food and .drinks will be permitted to be brought.
5. Medical care: Any medical care needed during camp will be provided by a qualified first aid staff member. Any medications that needs to be administered during camp hours can only be done so with a written permission form, this can be obtained by the Camp Gan Israel office. In the instance where further medical care is needed I give permission to the Gan Israel staff to obtain necessary medical treatment for my child with the understanding that the family will be notified as soon as possible.
6. Images etc: Permission is hereby given for camp to use in promoting the camp and in other ventures related to the camp. (i)Digital photographic, video and audio images or likenesses of camper; and (ii) statements, articles, music, art photographs, audio recordings, films and videos created by camper or originating from camp or from camp related activity.
Indemnity and hold harmless
Parents agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camp Gan Israel and its officers, employees or assigns from any liability concerning their child’s involvement tin Camp Gan Israel and further agree that the use of any premises throughout the programme is made at the risk of the registrant.
